We hope you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise within thirty (30) days of the date of your purchase for an exchange or refund. In order to assist us with your return, the following terms and conditions do apply.
Please note that no returns will be accepted at Taco Bell restaurant locations. Additionally, Taco Bell merchandise not purchased thru the Taco Bell Taco Shop is not eligible for returns or exchanges through this store. This includes items received at no cost as part of a promotional giveaway or through a Taco Bell sponsored event.
What you must do:
On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), please describe the reason for the return and whether you would like to (1) exchange the item or (2) receive a refund of the amount that you actually paid for the returned item. If you do not have the packing slip, any piece of paper will do.
Pack and seal your return in the original package and with the packing slip, if possible.
Please include the sales receipt.
Send the package prepaid and insured to us at the address below. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

You must have a valid sales receipt in order to receive a refund or credit. If you do not have a valid receipt, we will exchange the merchandise for the same merchandise only - no substitutes.
Returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and not damaged after you receive it from us.
If you request and are eligible for a refund, we will refund the price actually paid by you for the returned item. Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable unless we have sent the wrong item or the item sent is defective or damaged at the time you receive it
